Unfortunately, striped carpets will not work on our stairs and landings. 😔 Any suggestions on which colour carpet would suit will be most appreciated. We have grey carpets in all bedrooms and grey and white tiles in the shower and toilet room. My husband and I can not agree. 🤦♀️
What colour are the walls? Stripey carpet isn’t for everyone, but you can look at carpets with a very subtle stripe in them, or if you are unsure then a plain carpet would perhaps be a better option for you. I love carpet runners with black edging but they tend to suit period properties rather than modern.
Thanks Sonia. We live in a Victorian townhouse. All the walls are painted white. We have original Minton tiles in our hallway which has a nice denim blue colour so perhaps we should go with that shade of blue.
