Where should my wood burner go?

Goodness I’ve gone round and round and I cannot decide where to put a wood burner. Please help!

Wood stove - Osburn 950

A) Wall - Involves moving furniture to make sure there’s enough room. It’s a tad close to the dining table. We live in Texas so won’t be lit very much so might be able to just deal with it.

B) Corner - I don’t love angled stoves just because I think the stone/tile underneath looks awkward. This would be a nice spot for having furniture angled towards it. I always imagined a built in cabinet here but I could have it on wall A instead.

So please if you can see a better place for it or furniture configuration please let me know.

Paint the wood floor with a flooring paint. If you want to be creative, you can create your own special design. I've had painted wood floors in a previous home and everyone loved them. If you get tired of it, paint them a different color! Saves doing rip out and better for the environment! My floors held up well. I was surprised. I even did a faux marble floor for fun.

hi everyone, dropping by to say us twins are off to the 'self build' at city west this weekend, decided on sunday so i can rest tomorrow. twin very undecided about all of this, she needs some reassurance, hard to find that in todays pace. not entirely sure who i could ask! anyway we are off to a top specialist hospital soon, very soon so we are getting our medical files all sorted right now. we have an extremely rare disease so we have to go out to get the help we need nada in ireland, i know i have a test lined up for the very first day on arrival, if they take any more lumps out of my muscle without anasthesia i will go nuts, yes my friends not for the faint hearted and i mean it, they cannot deaden the muscle, guess they have to see it wriggle!!!!

It looks very pretty. I would look at pics of painted floors versus whitewashed and see which you prefer then people can hopefully help with methods. I've used chalk paint but not on a floor. Annie Sloan sell floor lacquer so you don't need to use the wax which is very time consuming to apply, the lacquer can be rollered on. The only thing I would say is that it does not adhere to I think varnish made in the 80's and I find the White paint coverage is poor although not an issue if white washing.
