paint colour help please

We are repainting our ensuite and family bathrooms. The ensuite faces north and family bathroom south. The suites are white and everything else is grey. We want to brighten up the ensuite and I have simply used bright coloured towels .
I thought about olive/sage green towels in the family bathroom but what colour for the walls? And would this work in the ensuite? I would like to use the same colours in both rooms. First two pices of ensuite and second two of family bathroom

why not go sage green on the walls instead of the towels that a very in colours for bathrooms

I think sage green would look lovely in both rooms. You’ll find that whatever colour you choose it will look different in either rooms due to the light levels. I’ve got Cromarty in a NE facing room and it does look really good.

Could you provide some picture of what you have so far? From what you have described I would probably go with a warm grey or light brown to match the veins in your floor. Good luck!

I recommend glass subway tile as a backsplash in a staggered pattern. It comes in amazing variety of colors. Take several samples home to see how they work with your granite. Your choices sound quite beautiful so trust your gut.

I do not know what colours to go for. Planning to use Sandtex Masonry so a little limited. Any opinions very welcome! Thinking Sandtex Ivory Stone for the most part - stuck on feature colours? Also, cannot seem to find Sandtex Ashen Green anywhere which could be an option...

Sage green is a lovely choice of colour which could either go on towels/decorations, walls or bath mats etc. However, I notice you have darker furniture in one of the rooms, if you are planning on changing this - it may be worth getting white to brighten the space a bit more. Hope this helps.

Grey goes with so many colours so it depends very much on what you are drawn to as well. The rule of thumb being match cool greys with other cooler colours such as blue, pale greens and cool white. And match darker grey tones with warm tones such as burnt orange, mustard, and teal. But you can go soft pinks as well which give a lovely warm vibe too and work with sage green accessories. Hope this helps!
