Looking for feedback on 30 inch slide in induction ranges.

The main features I really want are:

Knobs (easy to see)
Bridging high BTU burners
True European convection oven
Telescopic rack(s)

It seems my options are better if I give up on the telescopic racks and the bridging burners which don’t seem to be mentioned, and any other reviews, I am reading. I am open to that if it saves spending I er $5000.

Is it Bosch? LG? Cafe? Bertazzoni? Electrolux? Smeg? Wolf? Fisher Paykel?
