Internal glass partition with sliding door & vertical bifold window

I am looking for some advice:
We are in the process of buying a flat and want to redesign the kitchen. We are not fans of open plan but want to explore a way to connect the kitchen with the living area through a shared countertop/breakfast bar, separated by a sliding door and a bi-fold window (ideally without a frame at the bottom).
Can anyone recommend a supplier or installer who might be able to do this for us?
It's been impossible to find someone in the UK via online search.
