lighting help pls!

Hi everyone

We have ceiling to floor height of 224 cms in our kitchen and 255 cms in our dining area. Are the pendants (smaller ones) in the photos too big for the island table in the kitchen - I wanted to put 2 only. The frames have a height of 30 cm at least. So will we be bumping our heads in them and I need to consider something smaller and if so how small? Is there a formula which dictates how much space I need to leave between island table top and pendant light? Same goes for dining table and the big frames I have shortlisted. Thanks so much, everyone. I want it to look great but not forget the functionality :)

Hi, if these are going over the island, rather than over a walk way you should be fine however, I would consider what height they will be incase they block your view of sight

I am putting in a new kitchen in a large open plan room. I wI'll have an island that is 2.4 X 1.1 and will be moles breath colour from farrow and ball and a grey quartz worktop.
