Kitchen splashback ideas??

Hi,
We have recently finished building works on our house renovation. New kitchen fitted, loads of cosmetic work still to be done, but we are struggling for splashback ideas. We did originally think tiles, but we are swaying towards a glass/pattern design? We didn't purchase the worktop upstands either, as we were going to tile, and don't want to purchase if not needed!. Any ideas for this type of kitchen would be greatly appreciated :-)

Comments (3)I quite like glass metro tiles. If you wanted a glass splashback most glass companies should be able to match a specific colour but make sure that is toughened. I wouldn't recommend mirror just because of the heat from the cooker. Comments (1)Hi there, personally I think a turquoise glass splash aback will be the best option. We have one ourselves in orange and we find it the best when it comes to cleaning. We have complimented ours with matching chairs and objects and I think it is really effective. I also think that the grey tiles would work but I would definitely recommend the splash back. Comments (19)The tile is very pretty. I don't know if it is just the colours showing up differently on screen but the light grey appears to be a different tone (more purple to me) than your tile. If you want a light grey I would take the tile to the store and try for a better match. The dark color ties in nicely to the tile and could be very dramatic and stunning if the room gets a lot of light....See MoreStuart
