I tested dulux sapphire salute on our chimney breast, over a square foot or so. We then painted the entire area and the tester is quite visible. Is there any way to remedy this?
Perhaps a very light sand around the edges and a stain blocker before trying another coat?
I wish bloggers and designers would stop showing themselves painting swatches directly on to the wall. As you see they can telegraph through the final coats; sometimes it’s not the colour as much as the slightly raised edges of the sample patch.
