are this bed bugs?

I have found one of this behind my mirror and a few more in the hallway where we hang our jackets and scarfs.. do you think they are bed bugs??

    They re quite small, 3mm , they are not brown , they are kind of black

    I could be wrong (hard to tell from photo) but it looks like a weevil. They like to sneak inside if the weather’s cold. They’re harmless but might try to munch on house plants.
