safety restrictor for aluminium windows

Hello
We are at the beginning of the construction of an extension and our builder has begun sourcing the windows. We have requested aluminium casement windows with a child safety restrictor that means a child could not open it more than around 15cm on their own but an adult could open the window fully. However the builder is struggling to find something. Could anyone make some suggestions? As a child I had a friction stay on my uPVC window that you had to press down to open further but I can’t seem to find the equivalent for aluminium frames. Thanks in advance for your suggestions!
