where did you get the steel collar ties? custom design?

Would like to know if you made them from different parts or was purchased from somewhere and where? My current job I’m doing is interested in something like this for a small 10/12 gable on a balcony.

    The eye bolt thats coming out of the drywall is welded to a steel U-bracet which is bolted to the rafters with (2) 1/2" through-bolts. The collar ties are 3/8" cable and the turnbuckles allow for tensioning as/if the cables stretch over time.
