Help me to choose a colour....please!!

Hi everyone. This is my kitchen/living/dining room. I'm having real difficulty in deciding on a colour scheme. As you can see, I have tried a little duck egg blue on the walls, but I wasn't really sure about it. There are some teal accent colours in the room, so would like something that works with that. I'm open to staying with one colour, or perhaps trying 2 colours. Any help, advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much in advance!

Not sure if you are in USA but I would suggest two colors by Sherwin-Williams called Upward and Wallstreet. The pic doesn't do the colors justice but the dark one I would put only on the wall your fridge is on - that includes the little strip above the cabinets. This will make the fridge disappear a little and it will be a great wall for a piece of art with a lot of color - it will really pop! The lighter color will go well with any teal accents you want and brighten the space.

Hi Idego Interior Design. Thanks a million for your suggestions. I was thinking greys so they look lovely. No I'm in Ireland so probably can't get that brand. The big paint companies here are dulux and crown so will see if I can try match to one of those. Thanks again!

A soft mossy or grey green would be my first impulse but Sarah's dark blue looks good. It depends on your kitchen ware. White porcelains will pop with the blue and earthy stoneware will go more with the soft greens. I'd add a shelf to extend from the cabinet across the tile and a pot rack or hooks over the stove.

I do love drainpipe grey but particularly love it with the contrast of white marble countertop and a white Belfast sink. With wooden countertops I love the blue greys and greys with a hint of green. Your kitchen is already looking gorgeous so maybe you'd prefer a lighter grey like Farrow and Ball French gray, lamp room gray or blue gray as the photos below. I think you can't go wrong with Farrow and Ball greys, we went for 'light gray' in our kitchen and we love it.

Would suggest white! A warm white like wimbourne white. All of the most beautiful rooms in my house are painted white! Then add in some wall art and some plants.
