Help me finish my bedroom
Comments (36)I would also definitely go white if the windows are on the green wall. Will be much more natural to tie the accent wall with the stark wht contrasting walls. Always a very chic contemporary look. Also very relaxing as opposed to the treatments standing out when you already have your standout feature- the green accent wall. Great white bed you ordered! Then I love all the blue/green/ silver accent advice. I did a similar room in purples/greys/ whites and we used great posted prints of florals with a little oriental flair in nice big mats w frames. You could do florals or nice big botanicals in greens would be very fresh and modern!! White or silver frames or maybe even the shock of black would be cool....See MoreHave to order flooring tomorrow. Help me choose.
Comments (4)Here is a "stone look" Armstrong product linoleum that will not compete with all the color of backsplash. It is slightly darker than the cabinets which will ground the room nicely. Agree that you probably don't need more tile lines....See MoreHelp me sort my bedroom out!
Comments (11)I would paint the room white and wall behind bed the same color pink that is in chair and then add prints above headboard and a large piece of art on wall on the right. Change pillows on chair and bed to modern and vibrant colors in grey/pink and yellow and add a coverlette to bottom. Purchase larger lamp for table on right and remove lamp from left side of bed and place a tray and some books on the ottoman. Move carpet to beside the bed. White roman blinds and painting the door white would be a good idea and just ask at paint store what needs to be done to prime, etc. Adding a fun chandelier is also an idea. Comments (17)I am back again. I decided against the tile originally proposed as the advice here was totally right, the tile had a strong pink/salmon tone. Thanks so much to everyone. I have been searching again and attached is what I am now thinking of going for. I think this tile is very neutral, should match a lot of colours, is warm and easy to keep. It should also match a modern kitchen. Opinions please!!!...See MoreBarbara Griffith Designs
