How are you planning/working the corners under 13 and 14? Ideally all plumbing needs to be close together. Do you have plumbing for the WM already where you’ve placed it and where does the waste go to? Fridge would be better off with the other units over the other side then perhaps you could have a couple of larder unis to give you additional storage space.

Plenty if space for your table...if you use benches they can be tucked underneath. Or built-in corner seat with single bench, table end facing kitchen!
As above comment, you need to consider plumbing - water source and outlet...so d/w, sink and w/m will closer together. Oven/hob should be located away from these.
Consider: swap oven for w/m, w/m where sink is, then one+half sink where cooker is with d/w under the drainer. As you have a d/w you won't need to spend time at sink!! So don't need to be at window!!
You could also break up overhead cupboards with shelving in the centre...would lighten the look.
I'm taking that door between windows accesses outside!?
Not sure if your kitchen will be bespoke...room for fridge to move out from wall 100mm...make wine rack (close to dining table ).. and possibly slots for chopping boards,trays...etc..

What do people think about putting the fridge and larder unit where the table is? (Between the door and window).

That would put the fridge closer to the kitchen area?

We can’t really move the location of the cooker as building control have said that the gas hob needs to be 2.8 metres from the door. (The door next to the sink is a fire exit door, so not a problem).

Are you in UK? Was not aware of 2.8m regulation...from internal door?? It's def not 2.8 from fire door!!!
Well, can I just add...since water/outlet being provided for w/m, consider moving sink and dishwasher to that side too...move cooker to where d/w is (If the fire door is not an issue)...you the have all the counter space from there to where sink would have been!!
Leave fridge and larder as is..you then have somewhat of work order/triangle....food, prep, cook...

The dimensions that you really need to know are these.............and also where does the plumbing need to go to?

I've personally never heard of the rule of 2.8m from a door for the hob. 300mm from a window yes.............i'd check that, it can't possibly be true. Ours is 800mm from a door one side and a window the other.

This is my opinion on layout.
A couple of things- I have moved the back door to create more work surface where you need it.
I think the space between the sink and the hob is the space you do all the prep so I suggest moving the hob to the wall opposite the sink.
You need to consider fire regs if you get rid of the door between the kitchen and the next room. Consider if there is an escape route out of the main door from the bedrooms without going through the space open to the kitchen. (NB- probably exempt if the bedrooms are on the ground floor of the building.)

Hi, since you're in a flat, I'm assuming that your door to the outside can't be moved? If it can be, the U shape is a good option. If it can't be moved, perhaps a galley kitchen this is worth considering. Narrow dishwasher to the right of the sink, fridge behind the door.

If the external door can’t be moved perhaps moving the internal one will help

I don’t want to be the harbinger of doom... but some of these suggestions are a bit ‘ooooh that’s not safe’ from a professional kitchen designer point of view - so please don’t order anything without having any design you are wanting to go with safety checked by a credible pro first .

Karen at OnePlan makes an excellent point as always. I like the U-Shape or Peninsula idea, sounds a better use of space. Of course a professional planner will know all the rules and regulations and that will help enormously.

Wanted to add that you could perhaps incorporate a small movable island to give you extra worktop space if needed.
