Planning permission dilemma turned home improvement win

The Gaudelli family originally wanted a two-storey extension for their Surrey home, but were denied planning permission due to their neighbours' property. Instead of giving up, they explore their options and decided on an Elizabethan conservatory in white uPVC instead.

Combined with simple decor, the three-point roof and garden views make this space incredibly light and airy. What do you think?

The room does look light and airy. Once their child is grown up this room will make a perfect grown up snug!

Looks great! how did you find the glazing? Did you need UV reflective glass?

We used Solaroof panels on the roof, which help control the sun's rays coming in with UV protection - hope that helps!
