Oak Doors....please help!!!

We are building a house and have come to the stage where we are picking windows...we have decided to go for aluclad wood composite...olive green on the outside and natural scandanivian pine on the inside...we were thinking of oak doors and architraving and also wooden floors...wondering now if all this wood will be a bit much????

Comments (0)My new kitchen units are due to be installed in 4 weeks and I am really struggling to decide on flooring. One wall of units will be an off white / porcelain colour and the island & a block of 3 tall units on another wall will be marine blue. Calcatta gold quartz counters and brass hardware. It's a renovation project so new has to live alongside existing kitchen dining area (oak floors- to be refinished) and black/ white victorian entrance hallway tiles. 10 years agoThis Old House did a Swedish style interior in 2012. I think the very light blond floors make the design!
