Looking for some suitable colours for this kitchen
Comments (7)This is a very small and dark kitchen I would defo change the colour of the units to an antique cream and the worktop a darker colour maybe walnut and paint those double doors and the window sill white to match the other wood work also get a smaller round table it would give you more floor space the chairs you have would still work and maybe add some splashes of acidy colours lime green/orange or yellows not too much just a few touches. also Jacksplash is correct about the blind if you are keeping a blind go for a straight edge one. if your budget allows I would also change the sink to a white sink it really reflex light from the window and brightens the room I did something the same with my own sink it doesn't have to be a Belfast sink you can get the same sink as you already have in white ceramic....See MoreGrey windows what colour front door advice please
Comments (5)Hi Becky I'm not sure what style you are looking for but try www.solidor.co.uk These are the best low maintenance front doors you can get with lots of options on colours, inside and out. We are one of their installers in Colchester and have four on display, if we are near enough pop in, if not just find a local installer. if you are after timber we supply Bereco, again go to their website, not cheap but beautiful. We also can supply Grey windows, not in 50 shades, but in 3, so you can have from light to dark. Anything else just ask. Regards Joe...See Morewhite interior doors and window frames
Comments (0)Hi I have a dilemma... For a new build. I love sleek and modern and going for a high gloss kitchen with creams and nudes... From front door through to kitchen I want tiles I am thinking oak wooden floors so my question... What color interior doors do I choose? I love the look of the 2 panel white shaker door but are they a nightmare with kids and traffic and keeping clean? Also what color window frames would you suggest for this? Thanks a million...See Morehow to dress my living room windows?
Comments (0)I need some advice on how to dress both these windows in my living room. I have 5 windows in total including a patio door to the left. I looked into shutters but unfortunately the windows are too small to allow them to open out properly. This is an open plan kitchen, living and dining area and I plan to have a Roman blind on my kitchen window. Any ideas welcome...See More- 8 years ago
