Are the shelves adjustable? If not, is there a standard height?

Looking at building a wetbar and am concerned the shelves will allow for variable wine glass heights.

    Yes, the glass shelves are adjustable, it's done the same way as adjustable wooden shelves with columns of holes in the side walls of the cabinets.
