Hi Daniel, the table was from Globewest- but I don't believe it's available anymore.

I would also definitely go white if the windows are on the green wall. Will be much more natural to tie the accent wall with the stark wht contrasting walls. Always a very chic contemporary look. Also very relaxing as opposed to the treatments standing out when you already have your standout feature- the green accent wall. Great white bed you ordered! Then I love all the blue/green/ silver accent advice. I did a similar room in purples/greys/ whites and we used great posted prints of florals with a little oriental flair in nice big mats w frames. You could do florals or nice big botanicals in greens would be very fresh and modern!! White or silver frames or maybe even the shock of black would be cool.

We do need a couple more pictures of your room to see other possibilities for you to place your bed. What you have above it is just far too small. I know you'll get a lot of suggestions to put a sunburst mirror above it. Either that, or a larger piece of art. Maybe two smaller (but still larger than the current one) next to each other. I have a dormer and have the bed opposite of the window. But our dormer is wider, so maybe in your case you won't have enough space to walk around the bed? Dreamy Truffle? Where did that come from, what did I miss? I wouldn't go that way either but any of the neutrals on the bottom row will work. Oh, sorry, I see it now, duh. When you paint your walls in a neutral color like off white you don't need to repaint when you're tired of it. It's much easier to change art and accessories than it is to repaint.

Some great advice there! I guess I'm trying to create a comfortable elegant feel/mood to the room. It is a child-free house, so I don't have to worry about little hands marking the fabric, but I do take the point on board - will consider darker fabrics. I do like the eames style chairs, and I will look into them in more detail, although I think I prefer the idea of a soft seat, rather than a hard one. One of my main concerns was in relation to the style/finish of the chair legs.....I love the legs on the table, so I want a chair that will complement the table. Is there any particular style of chair leg I should avoid? Or finish (wooden leg v chrome leg)? Karen: I'd be interested to see which chair you went for!
