What is the pitch of main roof? Width & pitch of dormer/gable?

Want to do something similar to 4/12 pitch roof.

    This is a 5:12 pitch roof. This project was to add a detached garage. In order to make it match the house we added the reverse gables with similar trim details onto the home. The widths over the overbuilt gables are simply proportional with the columns and areas below.
