Patio Stone Slabs - Non-Slip?

I'm considering a patio. Any ideas for patio slab products that somehow don't get slippery & attract moss growth? (I know there are composite decking products out there - just wondered if there are other 'synthetic' but natural looking stone slabs?). Thanks

We have just completed an outdoor area with composite decking and natural limestone outdoor pavers. The composite deck boarding is not slippery and shouldn't get moss on it, but I suspect the limestone may do, though must say it did not appear slippery when it got wet. These are thick 33mm limestone pavers suitable for outdoor area - Mandarin Stone, worth a look..

Slate doesn't get dirty like many types of stone as it is denser. Also, you can get ceramic pavers - very expensive though.
