How did you get moroccan lamps wired electrically outdoors uncovered?

Hi, I want to hang moroccan lights from brackets on the walls of my garden with electric lights on the insides. I can't figure our how as the lamps are not wired for outdoors and I'm struggling to find outdoor lights (e.g. can take rain seeping through the lamps) which can get inside and can hang as shown.
