could you tell me the size of this ? I would like to make one .. Thank you so much.. I just cant get enough of looking at your little apartment filled with so much JOY.. and color .. =)

hi anna,

thanks again for all the support! the case measures 48" x 26.5" x 4.75"

i added the shelves. make sure they're thick enough not to warp and bend.

It may be the architects design, but it's your home and your kitchen. If you are comfortable with the plan, then go for it! A perspective view would help visualize the cabinets. Something like this.

Hi Emeline Thank you for trying to help. I am afraid I cant remember it in great detail, I thought it was small kitchen plan, and the presses were in duck egg blue but then there was this antique cabinet glass with two doors and the comment was that the cabinet was able to store the couples big collections of glasses. Yea I was looking at 'Petrol' colour which is a kind of Teal blue. However, it's for the entire ground floor so my plan was to go neutral and add colour instead on walls and with accessories, which will help when it comes to selling the house to renting it out as not everyone is crazy about bold pattern and colour. I was toying with sections too, but I'm not sure if it would look weird in an open plan space?

I do love drainpipe grey but particularly love it with the contrast of white marble countertop and a white Belfast sink. With wooden countertops I love the blue greys and greys with a hint of green. Your kitchen is already looking gorgeous so maybe you'd prefer a lighter grey like Farrow and Ball French gray, lamp room gray or blue gray as the photos below. I think you can't go wrong with Farrow and Ball greys, we went for 'light gray' in our kitchen and we love it.
