How can I choose one of these sinks but in a specific size? (Prefer smaller)
31" is way too wide. But around 19-22" would be perfect. Is there a way of getting that??

Yes, there is a wide range of sizes as well as colors. Some are darker, others lighter. You'll be able to choose your specific sink.

Since you are keeping the flooring, everything new has to be in relation to the floor. Do you have a photo of the floor? Hold up samples of the cabinet paint and see if it enhances the flooring. You might need a more cream paint on cabinet and see these dark knobs. Some of the marble-type have many gray streaks. I'd look for something with brown-beige streaks to enhance the beige grout and beige floor tilehttps://www.houzz.com/photos/traditional-bathroom-traditional-bathroom-phvw-vp~93581 The back splash I'd do in the same "marble" as the counters b/c if you match the beige grout of the floors, with the subway tile, the back splash tile will look odd and if you use a white grout on the subway tile, it will look odd with the floors, too.

Here's what I've found after living in and visiting many tract homes- LR-13x18 FR-12x16 (and that they not be in the middle of the traffic flow pattern aka many tract homes post ww2 till about the late 50's) Kitchen (no eating area) 9x11 DR/Nook or other eating area 10x10 Entry-at least 3'6" wide 4' better Bedrooms (good design would at least provide 2 good bed walls aka no doors or windows in it) MBR-12x13 w/ at least 10 linear feet of closets All other bedrooms-10x10 with at least 5 linear ft of closets all closets 2' deep, Baths-5x8 but 5x9 better if fixtures lined up on one wall and tub/shower at end 7x8 and 8x8 with the tub/shower fully accessible if it's 5 ft long 6x8 if it's a 3' shower (fixtures lined up on 2 opposite walls). If you look and many floor plans the best ones will have all of this. Note that square footage does not have to be a lot-ciculation/flow between rooms helps this.

Hi PCmom, sstarr and lefty47. Thanks a million for the comments and views. I'm taking it all on board. PCmom I like the frosted glass idea but I think it will block too much light. We are actually thinking of doing this though in our front sitting room as the window is floor to ceiling. Love the recycled lumber idea and it looks great in the photo - think my husband is hell bent on steel shelving though. sstarr - I'm gonna have a look at your profile pics now but I don't think we will have enough wall space for floor to ceiling pantry. lefty47 we are keeping the appliances for now. It is only the oven - its not the prettiest but its functional and we will most definitely get a new fitted one in the future. There are a few other pictures there of the room around and the left wall - can you not see them? If not I can try and add them again. I'm glad you liked the toilet paper. It took me ages to decide where to place that! What does everyone think about colours of the cabinets? I think we might go for a neutral tone on the wall (unless anyone can visualise anything better?) and either with the steel shelving or possibly the recycles ,lumber idea from PCmom? HI -- If one of those very modern open style vanities that have a full formed sink top was used instead of the two separate pedestal sinks , that might work and not spoil a house sale . The tops come in various sink arrangements such as one big trench or two formed ones and they have top counter space . The sink tops are a feature but on an open fancy frame base made of metal or wood. And the sink tops are varied made out of formed glass or concrete or porcelain or stone . Very cool looking .
