I'm sorry, you've got to go a lot further than removing the tea table, cause you're gonna burn your legs on that fire.. I would move the Tv down to the panel between the window and the front door, then move your sofa so that it's basically pointing towards the stairway, with the shorter length against the wall, where the Tv currently is, but you might have to change your sofa altogether, then you could have a small sofa and with a smaller chair by the front door, then you could put the Tv more into the corner by the window
