Hi I love the idea of of a verticle radiator in the bathroom but how are the hanging a towel on it ?

Thanks! We love vertical radiators as a quirky design feature. The towel is hanging on a towel bar/rail which can be bought to match the radiator and simply attached to it.

Would love advice on Dining table light

Hi, I have found lights I love but am unsure of configuration over my dining table. Am thinking 2 large (450mm wide) or 3 small 250mm (or 300mmm) over the table. The restriction I have is the flat roof width above the table is just 93cm wide (see where current IKEA shade is hanging). I'm worried might look a bit squeezed, The table length is 2 meters. The 3rd picture is similar but with 5 sides instead of 4. Could pick either. Would love some opinions and any other thoughts? Thank you!

These are stairs in our new house which I have sanded. My engineer / architect absolutely hate them and want to replace. The whole house is a 70s refurb needing everything reconfigured and re done. The stairs are the only thing I like. I like the iron and considering painting in farrow and ball railings. Rest of house will be minimalist modern, a bit mid century furniture. My engineer thinks it looks like a garden gate. I know cleaning will be a nightmare. Maybe I should replace iron with glass? Any opinion welcome.

I have the link to the house here so you can see all the plans. The garden is level with the basement. So the thought is that on the entrance level we will have an office, formal sitting room and guest bedroom with bathroom.
