Language settings are linked to your location, that is why you are seeing all the content in Spanish now you are ins Spain. You can change the country in home page, at the bottom of houzz home page by selecting your country in dropdown list.
Just to add to what Cristina already said. If you want to change your newsletter setting so you receive the UK edition, go to Your Houzz, click on Edit Profile (on your cover photo). Underneath your profile picture click Advanced Settings and there you'll be able to select the newsletter you'd like to receive.
