Glulam end caps are they bespoke or of the shelf ?

Hello, really like the look of the end caps used on the exposed glulam beams. I was wondering if these have been specially made or can be brought of the shelf, our exposed glulams need something similar but I can seem to locate a supplier in the uk. Any suggestions really appreciate, thanks Mark

    Hi washed-up,

    Yes, we had these fabricated from galvalume metal flat stock by a local heating subcontractor. They are very used to folding metal into whatever shape they need, and these end caps, with folded-down edges @ the perimeter (1/2"±) were no problem for them, and quite economical. Look for a sheet metal worker in your area. Good luck!
