Hello I have created some idea books and cannot view some of the photos full screen. They flash up then screen goes blank. Others in the same idea book are OK. View ok in small. Sorry if this is not the right place to post this question.
Sorry to hear you've been having issues! Could you let us know what device you're using (desktop or app on ipad/phone) and the operating system you've got? If we could get a few more details that would be great!
Is fine on my apple iPhone but not on my Apple iPad. Have not updated or changed any settings. Will try my pc tomorrow and get beck to you. Thank you. Sherry
