Our firm does not do any projects by the square foot or face foot as so many variables go into a project, such as access, site conditions, distance to dump, distance to the quarry, soil types onsite, stone base compaction rates and so on. We would warn against any contractor that prices a job out by the square foot. Get a price to complete the job based on a paid for certified landscape architects drawing (not a "free" designers conceptual drawing) which should always be your starting point. Do your research on "real" natural stone products vs. man made wet cast products you see here and compare with pavers too.
