“Note: Our pool pictures are labeled Spanish Style on Houzz We had the good fortune of learning of Signature Pools from our three immediate neighbors who had used them to build their pools. All of them were extremely pleased with the outcome and customer service they received. We added Signature to our list of potential pool builders and continued to gather information from everyone we could, including industry professionals. No one had a single negative thing to say about Signature Pools. We considered other companies, but the customer service we received through the design and bidding process made it clear that Signature was the only choice for us. We felt extremely comfortable throughout the entire process and had confidence that we made the right selection. We worked directly with the owner of Signature, Bob Mellon, throughout construction. He is an amazing person and businessman, who truly approaches every task with enthusiasm, integrity, and professionalism. We had clear ideas about what we wanted, and Bob was able to create a beautiful pool and spa that was beyond our imagination and expectations. Every sub-contractor he used was professional and competent. He only does things the right way – this became clear early on, and I nicknamed him “Mr. Above and Beyond.” His prices are competitive – if someone else gives you a cheaper bid, look closely to see if it is actually a better value. And keep in mind, that sometimes you get what you pay for when it comes to customer service. I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Signature Pools and the outcome of our pool construction.”

“Justin and Jeff designed and built our pool in the summer 2019. My wife and I could not be happier with our pool. From the communication to the timely construction and the finished product was amazing and beautiful. They also have what I believe the best concrete guy out of the entire rest of Pool Companies. A little over a year we had something break on our pump so I called Jeff on a weekend. Two days later I had the new part ! Amazing work and amazing customer service all around, all the employees friendly, clean and professional also.”

“I have worked with Vineyard Pools for many years as I've been working in the pool industry for about 12 years. They did NOT ask me to write a review. I'm a huge fan of Houzz & every once in a great while I'll check the Pros in my area to see if anyone I know is on houzz. Brenda the sectary is excellent at organizing Ben & Jeffs schedules so that they have time to stop by the job sites. Ben & Jeff (the brothers that run the business together) design, sell & supervise the jobs. They learned extremely fast & I don't just consider, but KNOW they are one of the best builders that you can trust in the valley. The communication between the builders & subcontractors is excellent. They are also great at paying their bills, which is important to prevent homeowners from getting their property liened. I would say don't be intimidated by the photos of their big fancy projects. They do all sorts of projects, small pools & spas too. Throughout the years I've received calls from friends who have a relative or neighbor that got a bid from Vineyard pools and they'll ask me "is this a good company? don't you think they'll do a good job? Well, let me ask you something if YOU were building a pool would you hire them to do your project?" Yes, yes, yes. They are well run, responsible & trustworthy.”

“I am very satisfied in our investment of the pool fence. The main reason for the fencing was because I was worried about not having a fence around my pool. I checked different fencing companies, but all the estimates were very high and I did not care much for the material. I had at the time two grandbabies and was worried about them falling or getting into the pool and possibly drowning by accident. I now, have 7 grandbabies and the fence has still withheld its quality. I'm very much satisfied with it. Recently, my dog tore a hole in the fence and the owner of the Company where I purchased the fence worked very well with me in having it repaired for a reasonable price.”
