“Due to disabling illness, we needed to convert down bath to handicapped accessible ASAP. Larry rearranged his schedule and got the job completed within 48 hours during Xmas/NewYears week. Removed glass shower doors and packaged them for future use; installed 3 grab bars; installed handheld shower head with shutoff valve. $605 + Material. To convert office into a bedroom, Larry rearranged all furniture; removed large bookcase, packed books and took them to Library for donation. $195.00. LC Handyman is one of the very few Handyman Services that has an office staff to answer the phone and schedule jobs while Larry is on jobs. Too many handymen use their personal cellphone, which is useless when they are in a "dead zone" or too busy to answer it. Totally professional operation.”

“Ken did an excellent job redoing my fencing. I had estimates from a fencing company of $4100 to replace my fence which is a combination of vinyl, wood and brick. Ken was able to recycle some materials, and then repair, repaint and improve this fence making it look brand new and beautiful for an extremely low price in a short period of time. I've had a number of compliments already from my neighbors. I will definitely call him first for any handyman work I may need in the future.”

“I had a Leak in back of my shower I hire another Contractor To do the work he did the demolition and after constantly raising the Price I Fired him and hire GUILLENS CONSTRUCTION. He charged me$2000.00 less and once he took over the project they found more leeks under the house .He Repiped the Hot and Cold water lines and did the dry out and mold abatement in my Crawl Space using a New process called FreezeBlasting. Saving me thousands of dollars of {with out Replacing the costly removal of the subfloor. I ended up paying $15000.00 still way under Budget material and Labor. I could not believe the outcome the hole in the ground is what the Original contractor Left my Bathroom The rest is how GUILLENS CONSTRUCTIONleft my Bathroom . You did a great Job. Thank You . “Israel and his team at A Plus Gutter Systems were professional, knowledgeable, and highly detailed oriented. They installed gutters, downspouts, and the beam caps (for the exposed beams) on a mid-century modern house. (I had found and admired their work from an installation on a neighbor's house). The simplicity of the angle face profile works well for the house and looks fantastic. We had the gutters also installed along the rake line to prevent the downspouts from interrupting the glass facade below. I think it maintains the clean lines and improves the look of the house overall. The finished job was beyond my expectations.”
