“Garrett came out to help us install a gas line and tankless hot water heater. He was very knowledgeable and able to point out areas of concern that needed immediate repair. We knew these items were a problem but had the hardest time finding someone who actually knew how to fix the problem. Garrett was professional, on time every day and finished his job in a timely fashion. We felt safe in his hands and everything he repaired works like a charm. We feel thankful to have found a reliable plumber and plan to use him for years to come.”

“We had a clogged sewer line and drain doctors was able clear it out in about 1/2 hour after another "drain cleaning" company failed to do so. The other company took an entire day to get the right equipment onsite and was recommending a $2,000 pus project to put in a clean out so that they could clear the drain. Drain Doctors was quick to respond, clear in communication, charged a fair price, and left our place as clean as it was when they started the job, highly recommended!”

“It was 10pm when we walked into the house and we were greeted by very cool air...The furnace was out. Aaark had a technician to my house in 40 minutes and the part replaced 1/2 hour later. What a relief as my husband was out of town and I had to be at work at 6:30 the next morning!”

“Had water heater replaced and added a recirculating pump to help get hot water to the master bath. When we realized that our water heater was going out we called Todd and asked him to come out and take a look. Todd came out and spoke to my husband. He was very personable and answered all my husband's questions. Then Eddie came out and did the actual installation. He was just great! I cannot say enough about how professional and courteous he was. He kept our home clean during the process (even though he had to go in and out of the attic for most of the work). He was friendly and helpful and my husband really enjoyed having him put in the heater. My husband always asks a lot of questions and he found Eddie to be smart, friendly and very responsive to all of his questions. The experience was great...but that's not all... When it was time to pay the bill, I worked with Kata to get everything taken care of. We could not have asked for a better experience. Each person at Todd's water heater company was wonderful to work with and we will definitely recommend them to our friends and neighbors.”
