“Sebastian and his crews have done several projects for me, from tuning up existing irrigation system to replacement of irrigation sections (including valves and controller install/programming) to an entire re-do of our front garden that included new irrigation, tying into existing system, planting dozens of new plants, installing garden-wide mulch. They also fixed a slumping area in our backyard and replaced artificial turf. He is exceptionally knowledgeable, helpful, honest, and easy to work with, and his crews are great, professional, hard-working. I’ve hired many landscape contractors over the years, but I won’t use any except Cabanas since I’ve worked with Sebastian. He’s the best.”

“Steve Dame is the best! Was alerted early on Sunday morning by our neighbor that our backyard was flooded and overflowing onto his property. One of our aging sprinkler valves was stuck open and had been irrigating everything for over five hours instead of five minutes. The entire backyard was awash and the sprinklers were going full blast. Tried shutting off the valve manually which did nothing so in a panic had to turn off the main water supply to our home and property. Try living without running water for even a few hours – can’t flush the toilet, no bathing or showering, can’t even wash your hands; life gets very difficult very quickly. Reached out to Steve but wasn’t expecting a response given that it was Sunday, but thank God he got back to me. Talked with me at length by phone and then suggested a possible remedy that miraculously worked, allowing me to quickly restore the water supply to our home. Luckily for us, his crew had a break in their usually packed schedule the next day. The faulty valve was confirmed as the culprit, all of our backyard sprinkler valves were replaced and the system was tested to make sure everything was working properly. I wish all contractors provided outstanding service like Steve Dame Landscape!”
