“We hired Alderwood Landscape to redesign and relandscape our yard, take out our concrete driveway and install a paver driveway. The entire team was a pleasure to work with, always concerned that we were happy with the process and the final product. Our project was a big undertaking and there were hicups, but the crew was great at troubleshooting and working with us. We are excited to see our new plants in bloom and the driveway is not not only better from a functional standpoint, but a beautiful improvement.”

“Three projects in one, James and his tream transformed our home’s exterior from 1960 to now (and into the future). Restored circular driveway, retaining wall with a planter section and an amazing patio with outdoor fireplace; James and team were three for three in respect to thrilling us. Fabulous outcome aside, the process was very professional. From concept to fruition, James was timely, responsive, and communicative. There was a challenge or two along the way, (neither of which of James or our making), but through the resolution of both James was solution-oriented and fair. “Jacob worked with us on planning our backyard project, and was very patient and professional as we changed our design a few times. Jacob was very helpful, making recommendations based on our budget. The Dreamscapes team installed a garden wall to raise the length of my sloping backyard. The 3 foot high stone wall has some curves and includes stairs making it easier for us to tend to our garden without having to climb the wall. They also installed pavers for a nice addition to our smaller patio, this makes for a nicer foundation when we entertain family and friends. We are extremly happy with our beautiful backyard Oais. We will definately use their services again and highly recommed them.”

“After months of planning we lost our contractor weeks prior to renovating our kitchen and main living space. We had appliances and cabinetry purchased with set delivery dates and were in a panic - walls needed to move and beams needed to go up. Fractal Renovations was recommended as a local company by Houzz. Blake responded to our Houzz inquiry within 1 business day, and was on site reviewing our project within the week. We were impressed at his willingness to the take time to listen to us and comprehend the scope of our project. He was attentive to all our communication both call, text, email throughout our project. Fractal's team of craftsmen were kind and easy to work with. With any old home once you open walls there are hurdles and challenges to work through. We felt that Fractal kept us in the loop, and guided us through our renovation with their expert opinions to help create a complete transformation of our space. Attached are pictures of previous kitchen and completed project. In 14 weeks Fractal completed all demolition, installed a 22 foot beam to span the room (allowing us to remove 3 walls), added a window and exterior door, adjusted/shifted 4 interior door ways, managed all plumbing and electrical, completed all drywall work, painted all interior walls, placed new baseboard throughout the house, and received and assisted with install of appliances. We highly recommend working with Blake and his team.”

Their plans were well detailed and articulated and the pricing/bidding was accurate and very reasonable. The craftsmanship is impeccable and they have educated me throughout the four phases we have already completed. They have been extremely clean in their work and considerate to my neighbors. “Justino and his team did a full remodel of our yard. Justino was a huge help in finalizing the design. He also came up with a number of creative solutions to some of the issues with our property. We had a few challenges that we had to work through. The project was larger than Justino anticipated and it took longer than we thought. We also ended up more over budget than we thought. Overall we are really happy with the way everything turned out. Justino was a great partner and always worked to make us happy. I highly recommend his services.”

“We hired NW Outdoor Lighting after a long search for a professional that could provide a comprehensive lighting design that would enhance the aesthetics of both our home's architecture and our landscaping. We discussed our project with Mary Peterson, the owner of NWOL, who then visited our property to work with us on the better understand the dimensions of our property and demonstrate her product offerings. Shortly thereafter, she provided a design that fully fit our needs and budget, and she and her team did the installation approximately 2 weeks later. Mary is a joy to work with, she and her installation team did an excellent job throughout the installation process adhering to her schedule commitments and keeping the area clean and she held the costs within our budget. We are very pleased with the outcome and have received numerous compliments on the appearance of our home in the evening. We highly recommend NW Outdoor Lighting.”
