Kevin designed a beautiful space for us last February. It went from being a blank rectangular of grass to being an oasis. He listened to everything we said. His team were fantastic. Great attention to detail and efficient. 1 year later it still looks fantastic.

Kevin and his team from Cityscape did a wonderful job landscaping our garden. The creativity of the design along with the attention to detail in its delivery were first class and we are delighted with the results.

We have a small 10x5meter garden to the rear of our house in Lucan, Co Dublin. It was just decked with bamboo plants around the perimeter, and always seemed dark and damp. We met with a few garden designers to help us make the garden seem more spacious and to function better for a family. After our first consultation with Cityscape Gardeners, we knew that they "got what we were looking for", by way of look and feel for the space. After a few further conversations, we finalised the plans and once we received the 3D version of the design, we knew they had come up with something special in a tricky, limited space. Once the team started on-site, we quickly realised that the quality of the workmanship was of the highest level, the materials used were also superior, and the ultimate finish was really excellent...even with the challenging Irish weather. This quality and eye for detail continued with the planting and lighting plans which really brought the garden to life, with clever, low maintenance planting, to keep interest in the garden all year round, both day and night. Kevin was always on hand, throughout the process to ensure the build went smoothly, and communications were superb. We would highly recommend Cityscape Gardener to anyone looking for a "wow garden" regardless of the space you have. Thanks guys!

Kevin designed and installed our lovely new city garden in Phibsboro Dublin. I felt the consulation process was a huge benefit and Kevin managed to incorporate most of our wishes whilst guiding us to a final design that we loved. The work was finished quickly and we are delighted with it. Now all we need is the sunshine!

Kevin was great. From the start he listened to my ideas and helped me out creating a dream garden. I wanted a pergola structure but still wanted to keep plants and some garden. We hired cityscape to design and construct our garden. They did a really fantastic job, and we would highly recommend them! Kevin started by providing a garden concept, that really made the most of the space, and integrated our garden room into the garden design. He then developed 3D plans of the garden, that gave us real insight into what the garden would look like. At every stage, Kevin took our views into account and developed a garden plan that was exactly what we were looking for. The construction phase was very quick and efficient, and Kevin's team were fantastic. We thought their attention to detail and the quality of finish were really exceptional. We had seen Kevin’s outstanding work at Bloom, and knew when we met him that he could create an outstanding small city garden from our crude dreams. His creation has brought the garden right into our living room with brilliant ideas and skilled craftsmanship. It is giving us endless pleasure which I believe will continue right through the seasons. This is a beautiful low maintenance garden with contrasting colours, levels and shapes which draw you into it each way you look.

I am totally delighted with the amazing garden that Cityscape Gardener created for me - it is a total sanctuary of peace and calm. My garden was an unusual shape, yet Kevin brought incredible imagination and foresight to the space and created such interesting features and a garden that shows different aspects in every light, different seasons and in different areas. As the garden has developed and matured, I have constant delights of seeing different planting that Kevin selected using his imagination and flair in the different areas of the garden. Kevin was recommended to me by a friend who had worked with him previously. He is very professional, dedicated and easy to work with. During the design phase he quickly grasped what I wanted to achieve and his design needed very little adjustment. His team were very professional throughout and produced a very high standard of work. On completion the finished result exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend Kevin and his team.

We had an idea of having Copacabana with palm trees, blue sea and sky in the horizon (yes!) in our backyard in Terenure. We shared this vision with 3-4 designers but they ran away. Kevin took the challenge, listened our wants, included in his good ideas and made the plan practical and built it. His team cut the granite and limestone for paving and made Copacabana curves very successfully. Garden is partly covered by transparent roof supported by timber posts. Rain does not hinder barbecue evenings. When it is chilly you can switch the heaters on. In the evening the lights spot garden’s palms, bamboos, Japanese maples, other evergreens and flowering perennials lined in. Even though our garden is not too big it has different type of areas. Kevin and his team did clock work: literally arrived when agreed, completed daily plans as agreed, no surprises in budget, cleaned the place every evening when they left. Great team & great work!

Kevin converted our garden into a tranquil haven. Together we teased out design ideas and then Kevin with his vey professional hard working team build for us a beautiful, bright, interesting and all performing space that has now become an extension of our kitchen. I could not recommend Kevin and his team highly enough.

Not being a "plant person" I had set ideas about what I didn't want but not so many about what I did in my suburban South County Dublin garden. A water feature and low maintenance planting with spaces to entertain and enjoy the garden were very important but I was clueless about the greenery and the overall cohesion of the design. Kevin was great in understanding the overall look I wanted and responsive when I wanted things adjusted as well as suggesting lots of improvements himself. By the end of the project I had complete confidence that I could leave him to choose colours and materials without my direct input and that they would be as I wanted and right for the garden overall. Workmen were fast (only 3 weeks to complete it!), efficient and very respectful with no mess in the house. I spent more than I intended (as many people do!) but am delighted with the final result and it was well worth the cost to get a high quality beautiful garden.

Kevin designed and built a new back garden at our home in Ballsbridge in Dublin in 2017. In spite of many tweaks to the design Kevin remained good humored and professional throughout. His team were superb and worked tirelessly to complete the project on time and with great attention to detail. Our neighbours commented on the efficient, clean and considerate management of the site which involved the removal of tons of debris from the garden during the preparation stage. We are delighted with the final appearance of the garden which has maximised our space, functionality and light. Its easy to see why Kevin has won awards at Bloom! Cityscape exceeded all our expectations. Initially we hadn't intended to spend as much as we did on our garden but in the end it was more than worth it! While renovating our Dublin House, we hired Cityscape to do our landscaping on our architects recommendation. We have a detached house on a fairly large site. The back "garden" had been covered in just hardcore rubble for years with unplastered concrete boundary walls (incomplete in places), some of which had been overgrown with ivy. The front garden and side passages needed a lot of work too - complete re-paving and planting and needed some large trees removed. So it was a fairly substantial project......but we got a very substantial result for our money!! Kevin and his highly professional crew completely transformed our site, actually extending our living space to the outside. Firstly, Kevin spent a lot of time with us planning and designing the project. He was extremely intuitive in understanding our specific needs and wants, and hugely knowledgeable on what would and wouldn't work in our particular site. He very patiently listened to our wishes and didn't at all try to impose his own preferences (unless we asked of course). When it came to choosing plants, Kevin couldn't have been more helpful, sending me lots of useful links to different plants that would suit the different areas of the garden. He drew up numerous designs for us in 3D before we finally decided on a final version that encompassed all our requirements and suited our budget. Once we had settled on a final design, Kevin had his crew on site the next morning and had the whole project completed in about 3 weeks (incl tree surgery, bringing in tons of hardcore and soil, extensive paving, laying lawns, building a pergola and a number of little stone walls, making good, plastering, painting and capping the existing boundary walls, extensive planting, lighting etc). His crew also are extremely talented, hard working, efficient and conscientious (they left the place spotless when they finished each job). Kevin is obviously a perfectionist - he pays as much attention to the detail as he does to the overall picture and he has even been back a few times since the project finished just to check on things and see how the plants are progressing. Although we ended up spending a bit more than we had originally planned - we certainly feel we got value for money and would have no hesitations in recommending Cityscape.

Kevin was initially hired to do a garden design for my project but in the end we got him to landscape and complete the whole thing as his quote was reasonable and we found him and the team very hard working, pleasant and their standard of work exceptional. I couldn't recommend him highly enough, we did a rather large project on the house and garden and he was one of our favourite people to deal with. There isn't a day goes by that we aren't delighted with our garden and the project.

I met Kevin and Cityscape Gardeners through Houzz last year. I have an awkward garden shape with a small back and I loved his work that involved working with the space available rather than trying to make the space fit into his ideas. The team worked extremely hard and i'm happy with the final look so far. Waiting now for the flower to arrive i'm confident it will be magnificent .Any advise I can offer others would be the more you work with kevin and he gets a better understanding of your style and tastes the more bespoke and beautiful the outcome.

The front and back gardens of my semi-d had been neglected for years. I engaged Cityscape on a recommendation. The owner, Kevin, came around on a number of occasions to discuss various designs, costs and timeframe. The work was started and completed on time and within budget. I now have gardens that are well designed with brickwork, gravel, lawn and paving, and a mixture of plants, trees, shrubs and flowers to provide colour and interest in all seasons. (my two dogs especially like the trees!). The end product is that I have low-maintenance gardens which are simply beautiful to look at and a pleasure to relax in and enjoy.

Kevin did a great job on my garden, laying down a patio, building a bench, raised bedding and fencing. He had some great ideas to make the area look modern. The work was a very high quality and I would recommend Cityscape without hesitation.

From the first time that I met Kevin I knew that I had chosen the right person to design and plan our garden. It was a wilderness before but Kevin has turned it into a Mediterranean style garden that we all adore. He is passionate about his job and has terrific ideas and takes plenty of time to design and plan it through to ensure that you are completely happy before the work commences. From the paving, to the planting and the colours for paints used, it's a very relaxing garden to enjoy with family and friends and very easy to maintain. From start to finish it took 8 days. Kevin is a true professional and I would highly recommend him.

'I can't believe someone I know has a garden like this', 'like a cool Barcelona hotel'. Just some of the favourable comments we've received since we had a complete revamp of our garden by Kevin and his team. From initial design, to site clearance, hard landscaping and finally planting, Kevin was regularly in contact to discuss and agree fine details (e.g. Exact angles and measurements for seating area near house, and also came to meet neighbours to discuss construction of wall and fence) and indeed let us know weather conditions that might keep the team away ( not very often!). We had many discussions about a feature wall with multiple options provided before we finally agreed on the best solution for us. I wanted lighting and Kevin introduced us to an electrician who fitted cool LED lighting around the seating area and pathway in addition to spotlights around the garden. The result is a fantastically bright, colourful and relatively low maintenance garden that delights us every time we go outside but equally is wonderful to look at from indoors, even when it's raining.

Kevin and his team at Cityscape designed, created and built our garden a year ago. Kevin used some of our own ideas but combined them with his own creativity and experience and the result for us was a superb garden that blends easily with, and is like a continuation of its coastal surroundings. The garden suits the kids and the adults! His choice of plants and grasses came into its own over the summer months especially with splashes of colour that are still vivid in mid October. Kevin provided both design development and landscaping services to our garden in Dublin 6. The quality of the design and workmanship has far exceeded our (high) expectations.
