“Jo Meacham, of Urban Kitchens, through two seperate remodel projects has transformed my home. The first project was a Kitchen, Den, Bath, and Laundry room makeover where every surface was changed...floors, walls, ceiling...new appliances, new fixtures etc. The second project was a master bedroom and bath remodel. Again...every surface was changed. I coulndt be happier with the results. Jo listened to our desires and delivered on designs that exceeded what we could have thought of on our own.”

“My wife and I hired Heritage Renovations based on recommendations from our neighbors and we are extremely pleased with the outcome. They renovated our master bathroom, entryway, kitchen, dining room, and living area. The bathroom remodel included converting a shower to a storage area, converting the tub area to a large walk-in shower, building and installing a new double vanity with extra storage, new mirrors, new lighting, beautiful paint, a new floor, and other accessories. The kitchen remodel included all new cabinets, a pantry, an island with power, new floor, new lighting, under cabinet lighting, granite counter top, cabinet and drawer pulls, etc. The entryway, living room, and dining room were updated to match the contemporary style of the kitchen with paint, flooring, lighting, and window treatments. We were very happy with their ability to listen to what we wanted, design the renovated rooms, and then produce beautiful and quality results. The work crews were very courteous and clean.”

Valerie reinvents them with a hard to achieve blend of modern and current elements with a homage to the period when the house was built. Her specialty is in recapturing space so that homes appeal to those wanting a more current living space. She also has strong talent in selecting the perfect lighting for a home. We have the honor and pleasure of being the Realtors for her homes when they go on the market and it is rare that they make it past the first day of listing to the public. We have used Valerie for updating some of the spaces in our personal home and have been very pleased with her ability to listen to what makes our house a home to us and add her expertise and advise us. The things she has selected for us have added so much in a way that we wouldn't have had the courage to do on our own. “We looked at some of the houses John had built and we had a friend who had a good experience using JB Homes. So, we found an home that was under construction. We got to pick everything out from the brick to the colors to the floors, etc. John and his wife Ginger were amazing to work with and still are. We finished building and moved in in March of 2015. Every so often John will check in on us and make sure there is nothing wrong with the house. We are really happy and anything and I mean small stuff that has gone wrong, John has sent someone over to fix it free of charge. He stands behind his work and built us a beautiful home. If you are nervous about who to have build your house, don't hesitate and pick John Baxter. Or just buy one he already has built. You will not be sorry.”
