Nothing is left to chance with their start to finish remodeling process. They communicated regularly with us throughout the design and construction phases of the project and that communication ensured that the bathroom would be finished on time and look just like what we had envisioned. This was our second bathroom remodel that Kresge has done for us. We had the same experience with our first bathroom remodel a couple of years ago.”

“Travis Ketron was the contractor on a remodeling job for us. We enlarged our dining room, added a rear foyer and screened-in porch, replaced our kitchen cabinets and counter tops and had built-in bookcases added to our living room. Throughout the process he and his coworkers were pleasant and considerate (I never heard a raised voice or off-color language) and almost all of them did really excellent work. There were a couple subcontractors whose work was subpar, but Travis worked on resolving those situations to our satisfaction--and since *no* remodeling job ever goes perfectly, I think this characteristic is just as important as the fact that most of the work was done perfectly the first time. We are very pleased with the results and will hire him again.”

“They performed a complete kitchen remodel, including new cabinets, flooring, tile, lighting, plumbing and countertops. Bill developed a kitchen plan for us based on our desire to use the existing space in our house. They removed part of a wall between the kitchen and dining room and installed new cabinets, granite countertops, walls, lighting, plumbing, and tile. As part of the project, they also replaced the gas pipe from the meter to the water heater and the range. We felt they were professional, punctual, attentive to our needs and wants, and kept the work area clean. Jeff was our main contact during this project, coming to our home most days when work was being performed. We would recommend them and we are likely to hire them again in the near future.”

“I enjoyed working with Huges for a number of reasons. They took the time to look at the space, listen to my concerns and ideas, and then help refine them to address what my vision of the space could be. An example would be in remodeling the kitchen we did not have a dishwasher but with a review of the space we were able to add the dishwasher and include a new drawer unit as well. The workers also addressed some small details that were not even discussed originally - they made our mover the range microwave look built. They also corrected a problem with a new cabinet that was installed that backed up to an existing cabinet (you could see the back of the new cabinet and open space that caused an awkward drop. They looked at the problem and solved it without any problem, complaint, or extra cost. We were able to stay within our budget. The end result of the whole kitchen remodel gave us what we wanted and opened up a small kitchen. We liked them so well that they are going to be working on our next project – our bathroom. We are just wrapping up the details and are looking forward to a completely new bathroom.”
