“Master Bathroom Remodel - Replacement of shower with plumbing fixtures, wall finishes and flooring. Premier Remodeling took charge of the project and coordinated 7 different trades with virtually no disruption to the household. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding. The original estimate was a budget for the project - the final billing provided a list of the billings from each trades, supply purchases from each vendor as well as Premier's time and mark up. The process was seamless and easy to understand. Changes made during construction turned into simple decisions in large part due to Premier Remodeling & Design's experience and knowledge. I would recommend this contractor to anyone considering a remodel and I plan on using them for future remodels.”

“Revive Remodeling did an outstanding job on remodeling our master bath. From the initial contact when Don came to our house to understand what we wanted in a bath remodel, they took our ideas and design concepts and made them a reality. Laurie kept us appraised of when a specific contract was coming so we always knew what to expect. I highly recommend them for any remodeling job. I've seen their work on other projects and the work quality is consistent, no matter the type of remodel. Total costs were in line with what we expected as well. “Thayer Construction was super helpful getting the house I recently moved to ready to live in. Jared completed a number of projects on my house, including painting, stabilizing loose stairs, installing new faucets and towel bars, making and installing a missing screen, sealing a hole in the outside wall,putting in missing closet doors, and more. As a bonus, he even picked up and assembled a new office chair from a nearby store. Jared has a range of excellent construction skills, and will consult with other experts on tricky repairs to make sure it's done right the first time. His charges are also reasonable and he is definitely reliable.”

“Schweitzer Design & Build (SDB) provided design and construction services for the complete renovation of our 1960's ranch style house and the 700 sq. ft. addition of a master suite, laundry and office area. The renovation included exterior changes to the house siding, carport, patio, and driveway areas. Also the septic system was moved and anew drain system was put in and a French drain system was added. The interior changes included all new woodwork, doors, upgrade of the electric system, the removal of two fireplaces, two interior walls and the addition of support beams and load bearing walls. Also the existing family room's ceiling was vaulted, a new gas fireplace installed and all new windows installed. All of this was completed with us still in the home except when the new wood floors were finished. Ryan Schweitzer did an excellent job of completing this project on budget and on time. The project was not without its challenges and ups and downs. Ryan took on each challenge promptly and professionally. Challenges included over booked subs, poor workmanship, rain storms, mismanufactured trusses, etc.”
