“J & R Construction just finished a second project for me. They are very professional and knowledgeable. They were prompt in responding to my request for a quote. When I agreed to have them do the work, I was scheduled quickly and the work was completed perfectly. Rafael always kept me informed about the work, and any changes he encountered. He returned calls immediately and was on-site, and working when he said he would be there. He was professional when he worked with my neighbor, he left my neighbor’s property in the condition or better than he found it. Every day after completing the work day, my property was cleaned and his equipment was neatly stored in my backyard. Scope of project: Remove black rock and install 73 sq. feet of pavers in the area where the rocks had been located. I would recommend J & R Construction without hesitation.”

“Daniel J. Olson Construction remodeled our sunroom. They removed three large skylights, restructured the roof, insulated the sunroom, and reconstructed the inside. “Jack remodeled my Mom's dry-rotting bathroom. He redid the floor, doubled the shower size, and increased storage by 50%. He had to move the toilet to make make it all possible. Jack & I exchanged drawings and photos by email because I live in an nearby county. Jack's quote was in the middle of two others, but he knew more about remodeling than both of the other bidders put together. His crew was on-time, clean, friendly, and respectful. Jack even drove my Mom to select accessories and hardware! Jack also met his quote of one week from tear-down to completion. Mom has been enjoying her new bathroom for about one year. No leaks. No cracks. No problems. I had a good feeling about Jack's abilities from the start. He exceeded our expectations.”
