His attention to detail is second nature and has made our building process fun. He has a lot of experience and it shows. He's always available and is tremendous help in eliminating stress that often accompanies the building process. His ability to strategically stage a custom built home has been the biggest blessing. From moving the dishwasher to better accommodate convenience to eliminating closet doors as a way to create more workable space are just a couple to mention... During our building process we had a tornado go down our street causing significant damage to just about every home... Our structure was virtually untouched. “We went back East in May, , leaving our Florida home to be remodeled in our absence. After interviewing many general contractors, my husband hired Rory Wilson for the task of remodeling our entire house which included 3 bathrooms, removing 3 walls, new kitchen, new ceramic floor throughout, adding a golf cart garage, extending the lanai 20 ft, new tile, picture window view, redoing landscape, and new entryway into the house! I have to add here that Rory rang our doorbell on the minute of every appointment on the nose! “We have so much to say about our experience with Windward Construction, especially after hearing from friends about their experiences with other local builders. We had been warned to watch out for cost-cutting and corner-cutting, for delays, and for lots of problems. I am so happy to say that our experience couldn’t have been more different. We “interviewed” many other building companies, but from the moment we met with our team, we felt comfortable and excited about the process of building our dream home. We met initially with the sales team, Cynthia and Michelle, who showed us the options offered by Windward at the various price points. We had very specific hopes and ideas for our home, so they helped us find the floor plan that best suited our needs, and then the design team of Michelle and Jennifer (along with Brian, the owner), helped us “tweak” the plans, giving us our dream home!
