“Becker Home Improvement is my go to remodeler. Most recently, I remodeled most of the first floor of my home, which was an older home that had not been updated in many, many years. This was a big project, revamping the entire kitchen, removing walls, etc. It turned out just the way I wanted it - beautiful! Some specifics: First, I have been very happy with the quality of their work. Absolutely professional . Second, great communication! This is so important, and Randy does it right. He is responsive and great at working through any issues that might come up (as in an older home that might be a little crooked when you take it down to the studs!). Third, his pricing is reasonable and he has always been on budget -- and on time -- for me. Finally, his crew are all great people . Randy has done an excellent job putting together a team where each person is really good at their craft and seems to enjoy what they do. Fully recommend!”

“Outstanding Builder in every respect. Follows through on every detail. If we had a concern, Kevin was at the job site to meet us. There were things that I wanted to do as far as insulating the basement walls and he suggested not doing and explained in detail why. We are very satisfied and love our home. Any concerns or questions after completion, he is there 110%. I always have one of Kevin's Business Cards in my wallet and if someone is talking about buying or building a home I ask if I might make a suggestion and offer his card and highly recommend they contact Premier Builders before making any final decisions. “Their slogan is "Listen, design, build" and they did a great job of that. We did a complete kitchen remodel, gutted down to the studs. All their subs were on time and knew what was expected. The only problems we had were the hidden ones that couldn't be predicted and they dealt with those very professionally and at a very reasonable cost, absorbing a significant portion of that cost. Excellent communication and follow up. Responded to our questions in a curtious manner. Started on time and finished on time with no outstanding issues. NO PUNCHLIST NEEDED!”

“We hired Waterstone to do a complete kitchen remodel and a bump out in our 1898 Queen Anne home. There were all kinds of design challenges here as we wanted to keep the architectural integrity of the house while at the same time end up with a modern high-end kitchen. Michael did a marvelous job. Easy to work with, full of creative ideas and the job was done on the schedule as promised. We are now two years into the kitchen, love it and get all kinds of complements from neighbors and friends. Waterstone does terrific work!”

“We've had Waunakee Remodeling work on our house several times, and the experience has been fantastic. They replaced all the windows in our house, and what a difference! Not only was the product fantastic (cut our energy bills, absolutely no traffic noise and beautiful windows) but the crew is efficient, polite and very skilled.
