“Regarding new asphalt roof; workers were careful to not use a valley piece that had a bend in it- supervision of young workers was vigilant -no mistakes -no neglect Pricing very competitive and quality great. Cleanup amazing!. New replacement windows top notch quality and super warranty (lifetime) A warranty issue arose the following year and manufacturer replaced two hazed window panes within the week of them being notified. Amazing! Courteous service. Contractor also recommended more insulation over existing living room area- We did just that and WOW! what a difference in heating bill the following winter season.Again pricing was super great as was the quality. A big recommend!”

“The work DeVrye did for us was exceptional. From the first time Rick came to visit us and later when he provided a thoroughly detailed estimate for our project we knew this was a professional and efficiently run business. His team demonstrated the same every day they were here working on our basement. They regularly updated us on progress, next steps and left the work space clean and tidy at the end of each day. The quality of their work was apparent to us from the day they started framing to the day they finished…everything was done to exacting standards. It’s clear they care about the work they do, and they ensure any subs (plumbers, electricians, etc.) that come in share the same commitment to quality. “I had my Condo apartment for over 10 years, and I was bored of the style it had. I did some research to see how I was able to find a good contractor in my area. “My husband and I bought a home for our family and knew we had to make some changes to better suit our family and make it more functional. We had a very tight timeline and like most people, a budget to work within. From the moment we met with David and Jason we knew we were in good hands. What really stood out to us from the first meeting was how attentive they were to our needs and wants. They spent most of the meeting learning about us and reasons behind the project to better understand and help guide us. Their "Project Planning Phase" to us is the only way anyone should build or renovate. We were able to look at different options to ensure we maximized every aspect of our renovation, while fitting within our budget. The key takeaway form this phase was that we had an accurate budget and schedule before we ever signed a Construction Contract! Once the renovation began, it didn't matter who we had helping us. Whether it was our Project Manager Jake or the rest of the team that came to help when needed. They were all so attentive to our concerns and questions. The level of communication by the Alair team is unmatched! Their trade team are all so gracious and kind, but most important have the quality of work to back up all those qualities.
