They were very professional, transparent, accurate with their time and cost estimates, and provided helpful recommendations for details like fixture placement and functionality of the finished space since we didn't work with a designer. They also provided good guidance on upgrades appropriate for our historic neighborhood, since they've done a lot of work for neighbors. They have many subcontractors working for them - as all contractors do - and there were a couple of small miscommunications, but none of them would prevent us from hiring them again for a future project.”
