“Chris and team just finished our master bedroom and window replacement renovations which included in the bedroom: rightsizing large oversized windows, rebuilding an exterior wall, adding a slider, canned lighting, drywall repair to ceilings to remove the large 70's florescent lighting panels, fixing closets, adding electrical to the closet, moving a television and all the rewiring and drywall. In addition, his team replaced all windows in the house, added a new custom French door and replaced two interior doors. He also added framing around all the exterior windows. This is the third major project I have asked him to do. The first was my beautiful kitchen remodel and a bathroom remodel. Both had to be taken down to studs. His team is so talented and dedicated on getting details right. Projects run smoothly and efficiently. Subs are fantastic. I will have his team work on the next bathroom remodel soon.”

“So pleased with my new shower from Platinum Home Builders & Design! The process was so quick; I had my dream shower installed in A Few days ! I didn't think that was possible - I had the same shower tiled in '08 and it took nearly a month to install. I couldn't take looking at the moldy walls any longer - no matter how hard I cleaned nothing helped. I am so thankful for the Microban feature; it keeps my shower clean and keeps me protected. “My friends recommended me Ray’s crew to design and remodel my old bathroom, my main concern was the cost. When I met Ray he explained me everything I had questions for. After negotiating (cause I was on budget) we found acceptable for both of us compensation. Long story short, they basically did what they promised (along the process we stopped and corrected some minors), but anyway it’s normal for this kind of hassle. By the end the guys cleaned everything and even did some extra work for me. If you’re looking for a professional crew for your project look no further Level Up Constructor.”

“Cutler construction renovated three bathrooms for us, two on the second floor. That included tile flooring (with special materials to avoid cracking), custom vanities, granite counter tops, lighting, exhaust fans, and mirrors, as well as painting. They replaced several ceiling fans, all of our smoke detectors, and added CO detectors. Their work was professional and high grade: no bs, no missed deadlines, no cheating on quality, just total honesty and great craftsmanship. We are extremely pleased and will use Cutler construction in future projects.”

“Val made our dreams come true. Our construction project included removing walls, adding a walk-in shower, removing a bathtub (that requires rearranging plumbing for a new soak tub, etc. ) Their creativeness and management of the project from beginning to end with minimal interference by us was a great experience . “The project that was designed and complete by Romano Builders contained a full kitchen renovation that started with the demolishing of the old kitchen, moving a wall that expanded the living room and the kitchen by additional of 10 feet and designing a new layout of the new kitchen and then to build the new kitchen with all new kitchen upper and lower cabinets, an island with sink, adding all new appliances, removing the wall that connected the kitchen with the living room and build a half wall that served as a bar and serving dishes spot when we have guests or family over, and last thing was to build an a wet bar that was kind of extension to the back of the house. At the end of the work and after we spent so much time with David and his people and workers, we can write that we had a great experience with them. They absolutely delivered all what they said and promised, when they said they will and for the price they gave us. The working teams of Romano Builders were friendly and professional during the whole work at the house. We were very fascinated by their productivity and the hours they worked in order to finish the project quickly as they could and without any mistakes. As this was our first major renovation, we felt sometimes some worried about the communication with the workers, but after a short time, things generally went smoothly. We are pleased with the final project and would certainly work with Romano Builders again.”

“Pacific Coast Builders, Inc. (PCB) did an excellent job of turning my single story 2,000 square foot home into a beautiful two story 3,100 square foot home. PCB and its employees were very good at listening to all our requests. They put in extra effort to make sure we were completely satisfied with all aspects of our home, both big and small.
