“We decided to hire Stoeppler Construction because the business owner lived in our neighborhood. We felt that alone would mean he would have an interest in completing the job as requested and also to preserve his own neighborhood. We made a great decision! Steve and his crew were extremely professional. One of my biggest complaints about hiring a general contractor on a big job is that communication can get lost or muddled between the GC and the subcontracted crews who do most of the work. Steve and his foremen handled this splendidly. Each a time we encountered a small change or deviation from the original estimate Steve was able to quickly provide updated costs and estimates in writing. We were expecting a baby around the deadline for the completion of our work. On the day our kitchen was to be complete, the baby was born. Steve and his crew worked diligently to get our house back to a livable condition before the new baby arrived home from the hospital. I would highly recommend Steve Stoeppler and his wonderful crew to handle your next home improvement!”

“I’ve worked with Ibrahim and Ali for both an interior kitchen renovation, as well as a buildout of a detached dwelling unit in our backyard. They did a great job estimating costs, and it was a huge plus that they have the ability to self-perform most of their work so that they are not reliant on subcontractors to finish the job. Ali is an incredibly skilled craftsman who works with efficiency and accuracy.”

“Steven Shore recently remodeled our bathroom, tiled another bathroom and put up backslash in our kitchen. He and his crew were efficient and very respectful to us and our home. We only had a general idea of what we wanted to have done but he provided us with suggestions on our shower build out and flooring. They did an excellent job and we were very happy with the redesign. We would definitely rehire them for any future remodels in our home.”

“BC7 is a highly professional, detail-oriented company. We received a few bids but none of them offered the customer satisfaction, peace of mind and thoroughness of details that BC7 did for us. We had a a 9x9 kitchen and wanted to build a 15x17 kitchen addition onto the back of our home. We explained every single detail that we wanted to implement and BC7 was the only company that we felt truly captured our vision of what we wanted. They offered a detailed timeline of our project so we knew exactly what to expect each day. No question was a dumb question. Our project manager arrived at our home each day to introduce us to the crew and made sure that we never had a stranger in our home. Communication was always open and they gave us excellent suggestions on how to proceed with our project. We were so thankful to know that we were given peace of mind on this big investment and BC7 went above and beyond to ensure satisfaction and get us the best pricing on countertops, flooring, backsplash, appliances. I appreciated that even after our project was complete, they checked in with us on our satisfaction. I would reccomend this company to anyone and thankful that a friend referred them to me!”

“Five-Star Recommendation! Metz Custom Homes came highly recommended and didn’t disappoint! Known for quality craftsmanship and attention to detail, he remodeled our entire first and second floor. We expanded our kitchen 10X22’, which left some of the roof covered with tarps. At 7:00 a.m., a severe rain storm hit and at 7:20 a.m., here’s Martin on a ladder making sure we had now leaks! I was hooked! He was willing to meet us with other vendors like cabinet makers, flooring subs, painters, etc to see that each detail supported the overall design plan. We were so pleased with his work, I invited him to GC my office building buildout. Again, can’t say enough about the final products! There’s only one place I’d go for any future projects…truly appreciate Metz Custom Homes! Call them! Andy & Karen Minehart”
