“Hired Josh to build our dream home. He is professional and his expertise is appherent the minute you meet him. His designs are well thought out. The process is seamless. He even helped us sell our previous home by enlisting a realtor he works with. He provided bank names and contacts to provide financing for the construction loan. It took all the worry out of it and made our dream home a reality.”

“Dave Olah built my home in 1998 that I still live in. We are very happy with the quality of the home and the way it has held up. In 2013 he did a total remodel, down to the studs, on a home I purchased to flip that caught fire. He made the home look like new and I was able to sell it for a profit. His work is excellent!”

“I have had Sean Patrick Builders complete several projects for me. Every time I am blown away by the professionalism, punctuality, cleanliness, and overall product that Sean delivers. The first project was a bathroom remodel. I have an older home, and Sean took special care to make this newly remodeled space tie in with the existing home's architectural detail. The project was quick, and clean, and my wife and I joke about how our bathroom is the nicest room in our home. The second project Sean Patrick Builders worked on for me was the complete renovation of two apartment buildings. The project was finished before the deadline, and under budget! I couldn't be happier with the results.”
