“I reached out to Home Renew 360 to work on my house and they came quickly. I decided to continue with them since they explained all the details and addressed my concerns which made me feel safe. I had done the exterior paint , rewrite and the roof and it looks absolutely amazing! The cool life paint with the cool roof makes the house so much cooler during the hot summer that I barely turn on my AC! “Cutler construction renovated three bathrooms for us, two on the second floor. That included tile flooring (with special materials to avoid cracking), custom vanities, granite counter tops, lighting, exhaust fans, and mirrors, as well as painting. They replaced several ceiling fans, all of our smoke detectors, and added CO detectors. Their work was professional and high grade: no bs, no missed deadlines, no cheating on quality, just total honesty and great craftsmanship. We are extremely pleased and will use Cutler construction in future projects.”

“Re-insulate attic and provide storage area with ventilation. Removed old blown (and thin) insulation. Replace with high grade R30. Cover all with thick plywood. Nest all wiring in joists. Install attic stairs in hallway. Move hallway light. Paint attic door to match ceiling. Install attic fan through exterior stucco wall for ventilation, included thermostat and manual control. Install fan switch in hallway. All went well. We love our extra space. This was our second time using Eddie, Reggie and Alfonso. They come on time, do good work and are a pleasure to work with. They were done in a little over a week. After this job, we hired them again to re-roof our house and rebuild a fireplace (after a eucalyptus destroyed our family room). As expected, Eddie, Reggie and Alfonso were courteous, professional and hard-working. Their work is amazing and they are a pleasure to have around.”

“Chris is an unbelievable craftsman. He built me a library loft, based on nothing more than a hand drawn picture I took while sitting in my living room. The final product was better than I expected and continues to impress me years later. I included two pictures, the first of the built-in entertainment center and the second of the library loft.
