“I had 40 year old galvanized pipe finally give up, resulting with the kitchen and dining room ceilings falling in, right before our sons wedding, with all sorts of relatives coming to stay at our house. Great timing huh!!! GB Contractors came in an told us not to worry, that we got this. GB contractors did a wonderful job replacing the ceilings, the walls an the crown and base moulding, they ripped out the old counter tops and replaced them. They were able to salvage our 40 year old custom cabinets and refinish them, making them look better than new, they did all the work, all we had to do, was pick paint and tile colors, sinks, faucets and light fixtures, basically we ended up with a 21st century kitchen in a 20th century house and they did all this on time an within budget. Finding fantastic contractors that are good to their word these days can be difficult, my wife an I were very fortunate to find GB Contractors. We need a bathroom redone GB, give me shout when you have time.”

“I used this company for a master bath model. Bill, Jim and Vicki were delightful to work with. Their crews were respectful, courteous and hard working. Their supervisors stayed on top of the job and I didn’t feel uncomfortable leaving home while they were working. They even did some other minor repairs while the remodel was in progress. They had good suppliers to work with, also. I was referred to them by several friends who were also, very pleased with their work. Great job, and my bath looks like a resort spa!!”

“Master bath renovation with new travertine tile shower, cabinets with marble counters, lighting, change of one sink location, stand alone tub, faux painting, and travertine floor. Tim Smith was the general contractor and I highly recommend him for his in-depth knowledge of all facets of building contraction and real estate. Tim kept the project on track and on budget. “Chris Dickey and his coworker Patricio did an EXCELLENT job on our fireplace wall to install the stacked stone we selected. We procured the stone, but they handled all other tools and materials. They were great to work with, were professional, and did a great job especially around the tough curvature of our fireplace mantle! They were very responsive to our concerns throughout the project and respected our house and our baby's sleep schedule even! Highly recommend. The wet saw and some cement they left behind killed some of our grass in the backyard, but doesn't prevent the 5 star rating overall.”

“After the Hurricane Harvey rebuild of our home, there were two cabinet doors that were damaged by our builder (not Framestead). The builder replaced with unfinished doors but told us to find our own contractor to do the staining. The local Sherwin Williams store recommended Framestead and their "stain expert", Jose. They did a great job matching the existing stain! I was concerned that contractors might not be interested in such a small job, but Framestead completed the work less than one week after my first contact with them.”

“I hired CHI after two people I knew used them with stunning results renovating their respective homes. My wife and I initially used them to "fix" the floor of our master shower. It turned into a beautiful transformation that we enjoy daily and will add to our resale value. Since then we have used them again and will continue to use them. We recommend them to our friends and family. CHI's work is very, very high quality. They stay within a time budget and financial budget and will communicate immediately is anything changes. They are very professional with the sole objective of satisfying the customer. To that end, a job is not complete until the customer says so. Above all, they are trustworthy. I cannot recommend them highly enough!”
