“Saridel has done multiple projects for us. He has done both our bathrooms and our kitchen, which is now a showpiece that wows everyone that steps foot into our house. These projects were complete remodels down to the studs of a very dated home. His work is second to none. “Ken was hired to design and construct a large three bay garage with ample open concept living space above. The project was rich with complexity regarding septic design, town approval, and orientation on the land. Ken met personally with all the trades needed and worked through weather and illness adversities to complete the project on time while keeping it thoughtfully updated along the way without a significant financial increase. We were very happy with the level of professionalism and communication; very folksy, yet quite knowledgeable. I would (and will) hire Build Rite construction again.”

“We hired Broughman Builders to add a second floor to our house. This was a very difficult project from a design standpoint. They were very patient in explaining options, costs, and made many recommendations that ultimately were the best choices. The resulting work quality was excellent and their professionalism during and after the construction period was so appreciated. Since completion we have had Broughman remodel our kitchen and provide other repair services to the few older systems in the house that they did not initially replace. Great experience and we will continue to use them with our remaining projects.”

“I had a fire in my home and much of the kitchen was damaged, we experience a grease fire. He came out to my home examined the damage, was extremely helpful in what would work for a design/colors that would make it to be my home. Unfortunately we did not hire him, but we are now looking to building a new home and once we decide on a plot of land, more than likely will be contacting him.”
